Are you an experienced Cosmetologist or Aesthetics Educator and are passionate about sharing your experience and expertise with new talent coming into our industry?
About The Position:
We're looking for experienced and licensed Cosmetologist, Barber, & Nail Educators to inspire and educate our students. We will provide training on all Products & Services. Our student curriculum is taught using the renowned Milady's Standard curricula. Instructors have the opportunity to teach in the classroom and oversee our fast-paced clinic floor. Qualifications. What we're looking for: At least 3 years of licensed experience working behind the chair. Experience teaching at a cosmetology school is a plus but not necessary. Experience working with or able to adapt to Redken products is preferred Leadership and role model capabilities and ability to hold others accountable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional salon environment Additional Information Why should you apply?
