Booth Renter Bishops Salon & Day Spa Nashville, TN Job Details Part-time | Full-time $850 a month 20 hours ago Benefits Free parking Flexible schedule Qualifications Barbering License Cosmetology License Hair styling Full Job Description Seeking licensed cosmetologist at Bishops Salon & Day Spa, a spacious salon in Bellevue, TN, for immediate hiring . Stylist must have a positive attitude, passion for the craft, and be goal oriented. We have receptionist who is always prepared to greet your clients with warmth and is very knowledgeable in all products and services available here. We encourage positive energy! With customer service being one of our top priorities, we include wine, coffee, tea, water, and snacks for your clients as well. Our salon is staffed with many talented senior stylists who are willing to help guide you through any cosmetology or business related questions you may have. Stylist must have a valid Tennessee Cosmetologist license and a business license. We have a brow/make up/lash lift artist that works 10am-5/6pm daily that would be available to take your client as a walk in before/during their processing time/after their services with you.• We also have 2 nail techs that offer many mani/pedi services that your clients may want to book for before/during their processing time/after their services with you!•(Walk in services for brow/make up/nails are based upon availability of the day, but can always be booked in advance!) Our salon is spacious, well lit, has ample parking, located in a safe neighborhood, staffed with kind people, and is very clean. We have a Bluetooth stereo system wired into our ceiling throughout the salon, which we all take turns connecting to, so it's a very fun vibe throughout the week! We are open to carrying any product line you wish your clients to have access to. You would have your own personal alarm code, as well as a key to the front door. Our break room amenities include 2 sinks, 2 mini fridges with freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a Keurig, a toaster oven, a Roku flat screen, and a high-top table so you can relax between clients and enjoy your break! (It also doubles as our color galley and mix room so you will have your own space to keep your color line, bleach, developer, ect..) All stations are set up with a large full length mirror with a built in small counter, with 1 regular drawer, 1 deep drawer, and 1 cabinet stacked underneath. A black leather with chrome accents barber chair is also provided per booth, but feel free to bring yours in and we can swap them out and take the salon one down to basement storage. We do recommend bringing in your own rolling tray and stool, as well as smocks and cutting capes. There are 5 shampoo bowls with a backbar with cabinetry to hold towels, drawers, and a countertop for your backbar products (ex: Shampoo, cond., masks, scalp treatments, gloves, shower caps). There are also 3 trash bins and a laundry shute hidden in the shampoo backbar. Your clients will also have access to a changing room with smocks(we recommend you bring in your stock of smocks and add them to the changing room), hangers to store their outerwear and shirts while they are here getting dolled up, and a covered used smock bin! Our receptionist takes care of all of the linen laundering (washing, drying, folding, hanging, and distribution to correct locations throughout the salon.) We have plenty of free parking available for employees and clients. The sidewalk, entire salon, and both of our bathrooms are wheelchair accessible as well! You'll provide all your own backbar products and supplies, but if you'd like to pickup anything from any of our distributors, we can add it to our weekly/biweekly salon order so we can get it in for you and you can reimburse the salon upon arrival of product. We also have a white brick wall photo area set up with a standing ring light so you can get pictures of your work for you to post on your socials to help grow your business! Booth Rentals are $850/month.
