The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and is committed to creating a positive experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate styles Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and grooming products
Qualifications:
Valid Barber License (preferred, if required by state regulations) Strong technical barbering and grooming skills Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
