We provide hair and beauty services to environmentally conscious women and men who desire a natural alternative to their beauty and styling needs. Our ideal candidate is positive, outgoing, team player, high energy, creative and passionate about the ever-growing hair industry. Green Alley Salon is part of the Summit Salon System. Summit Salon System is a proven career growth system that provides support to stylists. Responsibilities and Duties Sell/Educate guests about retail Professional attire Business minded Self-motivated Commitment to punctuality and reliability Willing to follow direction Qualification and Skill Requirements include: Passion and desire to learn and assist current Stylists Social Media Required Cosmetology license or a student actively enrolled in a cosmetology program Reliable transportation to and from work Benefits Performance-based pay Earn up to 20% Retail Commission 32 hr work week Continuing Education Fund 4-6
