for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing client records efficiently. Offer expert consultations on color theory, hair care routines, and styling techniques to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Promote retail sales by upselling hair care products, styling tools, and add-on services such as eyelash extensions or nail care treatments. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their desired looks and aftercare instructions. Support store management with front desk duties when needed, including greeting clients and managing appointment flow. Mentor junior stylists or apprentices when appropriate to foster a collaborative environment focused on growth and skill development. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and haircutting techniques. Proficiency in advanced services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application is highly desirable.
