We are currently seeking talented and dependable braiders/hairstylists to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are skilled, professional, and ready to grow—whether you already have a clientele or are looking to build one. Compensation Options (Flexible): We offer multiple earning structures to fit your current situation:

Commission-Based:

Ideal for stylists building clientele

Booth Rental:

Best for stylists with an established client base

Hybrid Option:

For stylists who want to bring their own clients while also receiving salon walk-ins and support building additional clientele

Responsibilities:

Perform professional braiding services with neat, consistent technique Assist salon owner with braid downs and client prep Shampoo and blow-dry clients' hair properly Take and service walk-in clients when available Maintain cleanliness of your station and shared salon areas Support overall salon operations, including light cleaning duties Occasionally assist with product recommendations and sales Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

Experience in braiding (knotless, box braids, natural styles, etc.) Ability to shampoo and blow-dry hair efficiently Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Open availability Monday through Saturday preferred Must be respectful of salon policies and team environment

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
