Full-Service Salon Job Summary We are looking for a licensed Hair Stylist, Barber and Aesthetician to join our vibrant full-service salon in Bedford, TX. This is a great opportunity for a motivated beauty professional who is passionate about their craft, has an existing clientele, and is looking for long-term growth. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, humble but confident, and able to lead with professionalism. We are seeking someone who is interested in flexible hours, building lasting client relationships, and possibly growing into a future management role. A leadership background, strong communication skills, and the ability to educate clients and team members are highly valued. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in a supportive salon environment while delivering excellent beauty, grooming, and wellness services. Duties and Responsibilities Provide professional hair, barbering, and/or aesthetic services based on your license and expertise Perform services such as haircuts, styling, coloring, hair extensions, beard trims, shaves, skincare, makeup, lashes, nails, or threading, depending on your skill set Deliver personalized consultations and educate clients on services, maintenance, and recommended products Maintain a loyal clientele while continuing to build new client relationships Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming salon experience Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with TDLR Able to support and mentor junior team members when appropriate Help promote the salon through social media, client engagement, and professional networking Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused salon culture Requirements Must hold a valid Texas cosmetology, barber, esthetician professional license Existing clientele preferred Experience in a full-service salon environment is a plus Strong technical skills in your area of specialty Leadership background or interest in future leadership/management Ability to educate clients and communicate clearly and professionally Flexible availability for part-time or full-time scheduling Social media and tech-savvy skills are a plus Professional, reliable, humble, and team-oriented attitude Ability to be kind and approachable while also being firm, confident, and accountable Interest in a long-term position with room for growth Preferred Skills Hair coloring, extensions, cutting, and styling Barbering, beard grooming, and straight razor services Aesthetic services such as facials, lashes, makeup, nails, or waxing Retail product sales and upselling Social media marketing and content creation Experience with salon management software such as Zenoti Training, mentoring, or team leadership experience Why Join Us We value licensed professionals who are passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.
