Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering expert advice on hair care, color theory, and styling options. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by adhering to salon sanitation protocols and proper tool sterilization practices. Manage retail sales by recommending hair care products, upselling services, and assisting clients with product selection. Maintaining clean working area. Skills Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and advanced techniques. Expertise in color theory to create customized color solutions that suit each client's skin tone and style preferences. Skilled in sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Certified in cosmetology or barbering. Excellent communication skills to clearly understand client needs and provide professional advice. Ability to perform retail math calculations for upselling products effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
