Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Cosmetology Educator to inspire and guide aspiring beauty professionals. In this role, you will deliver engaging instruction across a wide range of cosmetology disciplines, including hair styling, haircoloring, highlighting, relaxers, perms, facial treatments, and nail care. Your expertise will help shape the next generation of beauty specialists while maintaining a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere. Duties Deliver comprehensive lessons on cosmetology topics such as hair coloring, balayage, foil highlights, perming, relaxers, facials, makeup application, facial waxing, and men's cuts/scissor and clippers. Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to ensure effective student learning outcomes. Demonstrate practical skills for student visuals. Assess student progress through hands-on demonstrations and theoretical evaluations Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and confidence Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into teaching modules Support students in preparing for licensing exams and professional certifications Experience Proven classroom experience in cosmetology or related fields with a strong background in adult education principles. Hands-on experience with advanced cosmetology services. Skilled in lesson planning, curriculum development, and instructional delivery for diverse learner levels Familiarity with a broad spectrum of cosmetology disciplines including hair styling, coloring, facial treatments, makeup application, nail care, and women's and men's cutting techniques.
