We offer clean, organic sugaring services — and we're looking for friendly, skilled, and dependable estheticians who want consistent clients and real earning potential. What You'll Do Perform sugaring hair removal (training provided if needed) Provide brow lamination, lash lifts, vajacials, and skincare treatments Deliver an amazing client experience & build rebooking loyalty Educate clients on aftercare + retail products Maintain a clean, professional treatment room Front desk duties (booking, checkout, greeting clients) Who We're Looking For Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required) Great communicator with a welcoming personality Can handle back-to-back appointments Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Passion for clean beauty and learning new techniques Able to work weekends (our busiest days) Compensation & Benefits $21•33+ per hour (Hourly + Tips + Commission) Cash tips Free sugaring services Discounts on all retail products Paid training + ongoing skill workshops Growth opportunities (lead esthetician, trainer, etc.) Schedule Full-time or part-time Flexible scheduling Weekends required (Thursday-Sunday)
