Qualifications Valid cosmetology license is required. Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to mentor others and share knowledge within the team. Familiarity with retail sales strategies and basic retail math concepts. Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon environment. Experience with hair extensions, hair threading, and eyelash extensions is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using MINDBODY or similar salon management software is a plus.
