Mynt Barber Shop is now looking for an exceptional, licensed Stylist or Barber for both our Fort Worth locations. As a Stylist/Barber of Mynt Barber Shop, we are seeking an exemplary individual who is confident in their hair cutting and barbering skills, dedicated to building a clientele, looking to increase revenue for themselves and the shop, comply with shop policies, standards, and TDLR regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform all services for clients that have been booked on your work schedule Be familiar with all Mynt services that you will be providing Follow all Mynt and state policies, cleaning tools & stations between clients Assist in cleaning duties, laundry, sweeping, etc. Maintain a professional work environment and relationships with fellow staff and clientele Keep a positive attitude, greet all clientele, and treat every client with respect and professionalism Work chosen schedule consistently, get any shifts covered as needed and follow policy for shift coverages/sick days/ vacation/ etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Texas Cosmetology or Barber License Two years (Preferred) of Barber Shop/Salon experience required Excellent customer service and communication skills Confidence in men's hair cutting & barbering skills, knowledge of clipper cuts, scissor cuts, etc. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask Punctual, on time, and highly motivated Ability to keep a set schedule, ability to work weekends Maintain a professional appearance at all times

Must be at least 18 years of age
