Duties Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, perms, and special occasion styles. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards at all times. Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative solutions. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Assist in inventory management by tracking product usage and restocking supplies as needed. Educate clients on proper hair care routines and recommend products for maintenance at home. Experience Proven experience as a professional Hair Stylist or Barber in a fast-paced salon or spa environment. Strong knowledge of current hair trends, coloring techniques, styling tools, and products. Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide personalized advice. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting. Certification from an accredited cosmetology or barbering program is required. Prior experience with customer service excellence is highly valued. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry innovations.
