You will work with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized hair styling services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair and a strong understanding of hair braiding techniques. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize knowledge of hair braiding techniques to create customized styles for clients
- Work effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized services
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform nail care and eyelash extension services as needed
- Manage inventory and track sales using retail math skills
- Use salon software to manage appointments, track client information, and manage inventory
- Collaborate with other stylists to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed cosmetologist with experience in hair braiding-Not required
- Knowledge of hair braiding techniques and styling methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficiency in salon software such as
MINDBODY
- Experience in retail math and store management
- Passion for hair and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Willingness to continue learning and staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques in hair braiding and styling
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
