The ideal candidate is passionate about barbering, provides exceptional customer service, and is experienced in modern and traditional grooming techniques.
Responsibilities:
Perform haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight-razor shaves Consult with clients to determine their grooming needs and desired style Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Build and maintain strong client relationships Recommend and sell grooming products when appropriate Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and styles Assist in mentoring junior barbers and apprentices as needed
Qualifications:
Current Master Barber license (required) Proven experience in barbering and men's grooming services Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
