What You'll Do Deliver exceptional hair services with a personalized, client-first approach Create customized looks through cutting, coloring, highlighting, styling, treatments, and/or extensions Conduct thoughtful consultations and build long-term relationships with clients Help clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment they arrive Educate guests on hair care, maintenance, and product recommendations Maintain a clean, elevated, and welcoming environment that reflects the Verano Luxe experience Stay current on trends, techniques, and continued education opportunities Contribute to a positive team culture rooted in support, creativity, and professionalism

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds an active Texas cosmetology license Has professional salon experience (luxury salon experience is a plus) Has strong skills in cutting, color, blonding, dimensional color, and/or extensions Is confident in consultations and creating customized service plans Understands that luxury is as much about experience as technical skill Values professionalism, communication, and genuine connection Is self-motivated, growth-oriented, and passionate about continuing education Brings positive energy and contributes to an uplifting culture Creates beautiful, professional content that showcases their work or is excited and ready to quickly learn content creation skills in today's digital beauty industry Understands that personal branding and showcasing your artistry are valuable parts of building long-term success Why Verano Luxe?
