for scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Upsell retail products such as hair care items, makeup products, and nail supplies through effective communication skills and retail math knowledge. Mentor junior stylists by sharing expertise in store management, customer service excellence, and technical skills like hair styling and retail sales strategies. Handle front desk responsibilities including appointment bookings, client check-ins/outs, and answering inquiries professionally. Experience Proven experience as a cosmetologist or barber with advanced skills in hair styling, coloring, and grooming techniques. Demonstrated proficiency in hair extensions application, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading. Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as

for scheduling and retail management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients while providing outstanding customer service.
