We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to provide the latest hair and nail trends. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and beauty services, along with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while also promoting additional services offered within the salon. You should be dedicated to staying current with nail trends and techniques and creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for every client. This is a commission-based position , offering the opportunity to grow your income based on your performance, clientele, and service excellence. Duties Perform high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting nail colors that complement their style. Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and body waxing as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer clients innovative options. Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and addressing their needs effectively. Requirements Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including dermabrasion and proper sanitation practices. Experience with hair styling, barbering, or hair extensions is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to foster client relationships. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for beauty and wellness with an eagerness to learn new skills and techniques.
