You'll work with a steady stream of clients in a welcoming, professional environment. This is a commission split arrangement, you earn 50% of every service you perform, with no hidden fees or booth rent. The more you braid, the more you make. In this role, you will craft beautiful, intricate braids and hairstyles that leave clients feeling confident and fabulous. Your expertise will enhance our salon's reputation for creativity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Create stunning braids, twists, and intricate hair designs tailored to each client's preferences and hair type Assist clients with hair extensions, hair threading, and other styling needs to achieve desired looks Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all styling tools and work areas Experience Proven experience in hair braiding techniques with a good portfolio of diverse styles Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members Background in sanitation practices specific to cosmetology and barbering environments Join us if you're passionate about transforming hair into works of art!
