Our clientele values precision, consistency, and elevated service. We are seeking a Full-Time Barber who takes pride in their craft and aligns with high standards of professionalism. For qualified candidates, there is also an opportunity to step into a Team Lead role Responsibilities Deliver precision haircuts, fades, beard sculpting, and straight-razor shaves Conduct thorough client consultations to provide a tailored grooming experience Maintain exceptional cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards Comply with all Texas barbering laws and safety regulations Build long-term relationships with a discerning clientele Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a high-volume environment Contribute to a respectful, polished, and team-oriented culture Qualifications Active Texas Cosmetology or Barber License (required) Minimum 1 year of professional barbering experience preferred Strong technical ability in modern and classic men's grooming Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Availability to work weekends and peak hours Compensation $16 per hour OR 40% commission (based on experience and preference) $1000 sign on bonus paid vacation after 1 year product commission Consistent client flow in a well-established shop Premium workspace, tools, and products provided (Side Note) We are a looking for someone that loves cutting hair, talking to people, and having fun while making great money.
