for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking. Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to promote ongoing client engagement. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling client inquiries professionally. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, barbering, color theory, and customer service excellence to foster a collaborative environment. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; additional certifications in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, or nail care are a plus. Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related beauty services with a strong portfolio of work. Knowledge of salon software such as

for scheduling and retail management is preferred. Skilled in various techniques including straight razor shaves, hair coloring based on color theory principles, and advanced styling methods. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their desired outcomes. Strong understanding of sanitation practices to uphold health standards within the salon environment. Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience with store management or leadership roles is advantageous but not required; a proactive attitude toward mentoring team members is valued.
