The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients. Duties Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling. Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients. Perform hair and makeup application as requested by clients. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members. Manage retail sales by upselling products that complement services provided. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients and managing appointments. Experience A valid cosmetology or barbering license is required. Proven experience in hair styling Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience. Experience in retail sales Experience in make up and nail services is welcomed. Previous mentoring or leadership experience is beneficial.
