in the business. Some salons have receptionists, but we have Chief Happiness Officer! You will provide excellent guest hospitality, work closely with the barbers & stylists to keep the salon operating smoothly and manage appointment books and point-of-sale transactions.

Skills/Requirements:

. Ability to multi-task & simultaneously manage scheduling appointments and assisting clients! . Excellent communication skills, written and verbal . Passion for delivering great service and supporting staff as needed in an effort to drive business revenue . Results focused and energetic . Must be detail-oriented, with problem solving skills and a strong interest and passion for customer service . Social media marketing, creating flyers and other marketing materials

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

• Front Desk Management, 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service, 2 years (Preferred)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
