Duties Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including blow outs, hair styling, cutting, coloring, & extensions. Manage client consultations to recommend personalized treatments and product solutions that meet their needs while upselling retail products effectively. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict hygiene protocols and sanitation practices across all services. Utilize salon management software such as Meevo by Millennium to schedule appointments, update client records, & process payments. Engage with clients at the front desk by providing guest services, answering inquiries via social media management tools, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines or new beauty trends to enhance their experience and satisfaction. Skills Extensive knowledge of cosmetology techniques including hair styling, coloring (color theory), & cutting. Strong management skills to handle scheduling, client flow, retail sales upselling, social media management for marketing purposes, and front desk operations. Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients while providing outstanding customer service and guest experiences. Knowledge of sanitation standards essential for maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff. Ability to stay current on industry trends in beauty treatments including Med spa services and hospitality-style guest interactions.
