Full-time hires (32 or more hours a week) get a $1,000 bonus paid after 6 months with Roosters and an additional up to $3,000 bonus paid after 1 year with Roosters. Our shops has great roadside visibility (for a high volume of drive-by traffic) and excellent online presences (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram). We are looking for experienced, energetic men's hair stylists and barbers that love the precision of cutting men's hair and specialize in men's grooming. We are picky in who we hire. Perform hair styling and barbering services, ensuring high standards of sanitation and safety. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all cosmetology and barbering regulations. Utilize salon software to manage appointments and client records effectively. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to offer clients the best service.
