Job Overview We are seeking established (with cliental) licensed, motivated, and customer-focused Barbers to join our growing barbershop team. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, committed to delivering high-quality grooming services, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client. As a Barber, you will provide a range of grooming services while building strong client relationships and contributing to a positive, team-oriented shop culture. This role is perfect for someone who values consistency, professionalism, and opportunities for long-term growth. Responsibilities Provide professional haircuts, fades, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and grooming needs Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health regulations Deliver excellent customer service to build repeat clientele and referrals Stay current with barbering trends, techniques, and styles Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive shop environment Qualifications Valid Barber License (required) Proven barbering skills with attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently Experience preferred, but motivated new barbers are welcome to apply Join our team as a licensed barber where your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while advancing your career in a vibrant salon environment.
