Cosmetologist/Hairdresser

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team. Duties Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles. Provide expert advice on color theory and hair care to help clients achieve their desired results. Maintain thorough sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment. Upsell salon products and retail items to enhance client experience and salon revenue. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; experience in both areas is preferred. Proficiency in hair styling techniques including coloring, cutting, straight razor work, and styling tools. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for health safety compliance. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Experience in retail sales within a salon environment is advantageous.
