Do you spend your free time watching technique videos and dreaming of the perfect fade or seamless creative color? At Headquarters Salon , we aren't just looking for employees; we're looking for the next generation of master stylists and barbers who are looking for a salon to grow with and build a career at. Our Hybrid Launch Program is designed to bridge the gap between building a a clientele to a fully booked, high-income chair. $15.00/hour base guarantee + 100% of your tips. Our current stylists in this launch phase realistically average $22-$30+/hour when factoring in tips

You hold a current Texas Cosmetology or Barber license.
