Teach Drybar styling techniques, service standards, and speed optimization. Coach blowouts, braids, updos, finishing techniques, and guest interaction skills. Provide hands-on mentoring and performance feedback. Foster a positive, high-performing team culture. Motivate, encourage, and support stylist' growth. Partner with leadership on retention, coaching, and performance development. Deliver exceptional Drybar-level guest service Support retail educationa nd revenue growth initiatives Who you are: Texas Licensed Cosmetologist. Experienced stylist with educator, trainer, or leadership experience (preferred with minimum of 1 year experience). Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to foster a positive, learning-oriented culture for growth and development Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all. Passionate about coaching and helping others succeed. Has a proven track record of stellar customer service•customers love you!
