Responsibilities Manage client consultations to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or products based on color theory and current trends. Deliver professional hair styling, coloring, and hair extension services using advanced techniques such as balayage, highlights, and straight razor cuts. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to sanitation protocols for tools, stations, and work areas. Upsell retail products such as hair care items, cosmetics, and accessories to boost sales while providing expert advice.
