As a Spa Hair Stylist, you'll deliver an elevated, relaxing experience-combining expert hair services with exceptional guest care in a clean, professional spa environment. What you'll do Provide high-quality hair services including cuts, color, highlights, styling, and treatments. Deliver a consistent, premium guest experience that exceeds expectations every visit. Build and maintain a loyal client base through strong relationships and service excellence. Greet guests, complete consultations, and ensure all required waivers/forms are completed. Maintain an accurate schedule and support strong client retention. Recommend retail products and additional services to enhance results. Keep your station and spa environment clean, organized, and compliant with standards. Participate in required trainings, meetings, and support additional spa operations as needed. Position Requirements Active cosmetology or barber license (required). Strong communication and listening skills with a warm, professional presence. Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills. Positive, outgoing attitude with a polished, guest-facing appearance. Ability to build relationships quickly and grow a client base. Comfort learning new techniques, products, and systems. Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and service excellence.
