Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and appointment scheduling using salon software such as Gloss Genius Support stylists with color and highlight application, shampoo services, glossing, blow drying, and hair styling Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all workstations Manage retail sales by upselling products related to hair care Assist with salon duties including handling client inquiries, inventory organization and stock replenishment of salon products and refreshments Requirements Prior experience or training in cosmetology is highly preferred Familiarity with salon software systems such as Gloss Genius or similar platforms Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and mentor Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Experience with retail sales and retail math to enhance revenue opportunities Competency in providing additional services such as blowouts, curls, and other hairstyling techniques Excellent organizational skills are a plus

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
