Cosmetologist/Hair Stylist

Blo Blow Dry Bar is seeking talented, energetic, and fashion-forward Hair Stylists to join our growing team! At Blo, we specialize in blowouts, styling, makeup, and confidence-boosting experiences for our guests. As a Blo Stylist, you will provide exceptional customer service while delivering signature blowouts, styling services, and an elevated guest experience that keeps clients coming back. Responsibilities Deliver Blo signature blowouts, hairstyling, braids, updos, and finishing services Consult with guests to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles and products Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, positive salon environment Educate clients on retail products, styling techniques, and maintenance recommendations Assist with makeup applications and add-on services when applicable Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of styling stations, tools, and common areas according to state board regulations Support front desk operations when needed, including guest check-in/check-out and appointment assistance Work collaboratively with team members to achieve salon goals and deliver a luxury guest experience Stay current on beauty trends, products, and Blo techniques through ongoing education and training Promote memberships, retail products, and salon promotions to help grow the business Participate in team meetings, training classes, photoshoots, and salon events Qualifications Valid cosmetology license required Previous salon or blow dry bar experience preferred Strong blowout, styling, curling, and finishing skills Experience with braiding, updos, and makeup is a plus Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a passion for the beauty industry Strong retail and upselling skills preferred Weekend and flexible availability required Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining Blo brand standards Why Join Blo Blow Dry Bar?
