Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like MINDBODY, ensuring a seamless scheduling experience. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and salon policies. Mentor and train junior stylists and team members in technical skills, customer service excellence, and retail sales strategies. Upsell retail products effectively through retail math techniques to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Assist with store management duties including front desk operations, inventory control, and store merchandising. Stay current with industry trends in hair theory, color techniques, and new styling tools such as the latest in hair threading or specialized tools. Foster a welcoming environment by providing outstanding customer service that builds lasting client relationships. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with proven experience as a stylist or master stylist in a professional setting.
