This fast growing area and exceptional team has made this brand new barbershop one of Hampton Roads premiere barbershops. Great work vibe, Small close knit family atmosphere. Come to work with your friends every day. With growth at a rapid rate we need someone for pretty immediate hire. Willing to do some training if necessary. No need to bring clientele but commission increases based off having your own book. ```
Duties:
```
  • Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
  • Perform straight razor shaves with precision and attention to detail
  • Stay up-to-date on current trends and techniques in barbering
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Upsell additional services and products to clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols ```
Requirements:
```
  • Barber or cosmetology license in the state of Virginia.
  • Proficient in hair cutting techniques, including fades, tapers, and layering
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records
  • Ability to perform straight razor shaves with precision and care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
