Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth client flow. Mentor junior stylists or apprentices to foster skill development within the team. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling, barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves, and nail or makeup services. Manage store operations when needed by supporting store management tasks such as inventory checks or retail math calculations. Requirements Valid cosmetology license with experience in hair styling, coloring, and barbering techniques including straight razor shaves. Proficiency in salon software systems like

for appointment scheduling and client management. Strong knowledge of color theory to create customized hair color solutions. Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application is preferred. Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and providing exceptional customer service. Ability to perform hair threading and other grooming services with precision. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe salon environment for clients and staff. Store management skills including retail sales strategies and retail math for inventory control.
