Our stylists work as a team to provide thoughtful and professional consultations, craft stunning hair styles, and create personalized looks to boost confidence and beauty. Duties Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and extension installs/maintenance Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles, treatments, or retail products Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations Function as a team player to ensure the success of your colleagues as well as the satisfaction of each and every client Qualifications Valid Virginia cosmetology license with experience in hair styling and haircutting techniques Knowledge of hair coloring principles, including color theory, formulating/mixing, and application techniques Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously while adhering to safety standards All experience levels are considered
