Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and licensed professional barber to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the craft, dedicated to exceptional service, and committed to building lasting client relationships. ⸻ Responsibilities Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services. Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and recommend suitable cuts. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with state regulations. Stay up to date with current trends, styles, and techniques in barbering. Manage appointment schedules and walk-in clients efficiently. Promote retail products and educate clients on proper hair and beard care. Contribute to a positive and professional team atmosphere. Qualifications Valid Barber License (required). Proven experience as a barber in a professional shop setting. Strong technical skills in cutting, fading, shaving, and styling all hair types. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
