to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling client inquiries Mentor junior team members to uphold high service standards and foster a collaborative atmosphere Skills Proficiency in hair styling techniques for all hair types with a keen eye for current trends Experience with hair extensions application and removal; knowledge of color theory for customized coloring solutions Skilled in barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves and precision fades Strong understanding of salon sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their desired outcomes Ability to upsell retail products like hair care items, makeup products, and nail care essentials confidently Familiarity with salon management software including
