As a high-end, team-oriented salon partnered with Davines , we are committed to developing the next generation of stylists through hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth. This position is ideal for someone who is newly licensed or about to receive their Washington State cosmetology license and is looking for more than just a job. We are looking for someone who is serious about building a long-term career in the beauty industry and wants to be trained in a professional, high-end salon environment. Our salon is built on a strong team culture where collaboration, professionalism, and continued education are a part of everyday life. As a Salon Assistant, you will work closely with our stylists and leadership team, gaining real-world experience while learning the systems, service standards, and client experience that define our brand. You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day flow of the salon by assisting with services such as shampooing and blow-drying, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and helping create a welcoming and elevated experience for every client who walks through the door. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, providing valuable experience that will prepare you for success behind the chair.
