Our ideal candidate specializes in men's haircuts, including fades, tapers, trims, and beard grooming, but if you're trained in women's haircutting (layers, long hair shaping, etc.) and/or color services (like highlights, balayage, all-over color, or root touch-ups), that's a huge plus. We offer services for men, women, and kids, and we're looking for team members who can confidently meet a variety of client needs in a clean, professional, and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform men's haircuts (fades, tapers, trims, etc.) and beard trims. (Preferred) Perform women's cuts and styles, including long layers. (Preferred) Provide color services such as highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and full color. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation. Deliver excellent customer service. Learn and use our salon scheduling software to book appointments and manage check-ins/check-outs. Assist with front desk duties when needed: greeting clients, answering phone calls, and handling transactions. Participate in team efforts to keep the salon clean, organized, and running smoothly. Requirements Valid Barber or Cosmetology license. Previous hair salon/barbershop experience (preferred). Join a fun, welcoming team that values talent, hustle, and great customer service.
