Whether you're skilled in classic barbering techniques or innovative hair styling, your passion for beauty and attention to detail will shine through. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills, connect with diverse clients, and be part of a lively, supportive environment dedicated to grooming excellence. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, details, beard trims, straight razor shaves, facial waxing, manicures, and styling tailored to each client's preferences. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon protocols. Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling to enhance client satisfaction. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in color theory, haircutting techniques, and customer service excellence. Skills Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of diverse styles. Expertise in color theory and application for vibrant or subtle hair coloring results. Skilled in specialized services like straight razor shaves, nail care, and store management. Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and deliver personalized consultations. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining genuine client trust. Familiarity with sanitation standards specific to barbering practices. Capable of training others in hair styling techniques and salon procedures to foster team growth.
