residents who truly value you (and remember you) Consistent rhythm: recurring on-site days vs. random walk-ins Be your own boss: you control how you deliver services and what you accept Professional standards: we protect resident trust—quality over volume What you'll do Provide services on-site (based on your license/scope), commonly: haircuts, shampoo & set, blowouts, styling, manicures, pedicures, facials product recommendations appropriate for aging hair/scalp Schedule (preferred) You share your availability; opportunities are offered based on fit + community need. Consistency matters. Requirements (must have) Active WI cosmetology license 5+ years experience (10+ preferred) Liability insurance (current or able to obtain) TB test + facility-required health docs (current or able to obtain) Ability to pass a background screening Your own tools + strong sanitation practices Patient, steady presence (this is relationship work, not speed work) Important boundaries Contractors must respect safety/scope limits (e.g., no lifting/transferring residents —facility staff handles that; refer out when appropriate).
Pay:
$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
