Job Description
Al's & Co. is looking to expand our team to meet the growing needs of our clients. If you are an experienced Stylist this may be the job for you. Although we are located in the small town of Roberts, WI our salon gives you a big city feel with the small town hospitality. We believe in leading by example, acting professionally, and constantly developing our skills and talents through continuing education. Our ideal candidate would be self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Full-time and part-time positions available. We do ask our team to fulfill these values for themselves and our clients.
Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Cosmetology License
- 2+ Years experience-Passion for the industry-Positive Attitude-Strong Work Ethic-Excellent interpersonal skills-Good Verbal Communication-Strong Attention to detail-Willing to work 2+ closing shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide full Salon services such as haircuts, coloring, perming, styling and waxing
- Learning and perfecting new styles
- Help maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
- Ability to answer the phone and make appointments
