You do not need two jobs to manage your living expenses working for The Barbershop. Team members have been able to purchase homes, acquire new cars, plan vacations, and enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. You will have access to the necessary equipment, and maintenance will be carried out regularly. Our stylists and barbers will not open or close the business alone. Our operations are maintained during business hours, which ensures that you will not face lost hours due to staffing challenges. It is NOT necessary to perform an exhausting number of haircuts in a day to achieve a livable wage and receive satisfactory tips. We schedule appointments, accommodate walk-ins, and pre-booked clients. We prioritize creating a valuable experience for our clients by adjusting appointment times to 20-to-30-minute cycles to ensure your comfort. Personalized business cards are supplied by The Barbershop! Hand them out like candy to build your clientele!
