We are seeking a talented, professional, and motivated Braider who is passionate about providing an exceptional client experience while growing their career in a supportive team environment. Whether you're an experienced braider or a newer stylist with strong foundational skills and a willingness to learn, we are willing to train the right candidate. Paid Training Available At Divine Beauty, we believe in setting our team members up for success. Selected candidates will participate in a paid training program designed to teach our salon standards, luxury client experience, consultation process, time management, and service techniques. Successful completion of training may lead to a commission-based stylist position. What You'll Do Perform professional braiding services including knotless braids, feed-ins, stitch braids, tribal braids, and protective styles Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from consultation to checkout Maintain a clean and professional workstation Participate in salon marketing, social media, and content creation Build and retain clientele through excellent service and relationship-building Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments Work collaboratively with salon leadership and team members Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Professional, dependable, and coachable Passionate about braiding and beauty services Positive and team-oriented Comfortable being featured on social media and marketing materials Motivated to grow their income and clientele Committed to providing luxury-level customer service Reliable and punctual Able to receive feedback and implement new techniques Qualifications Braiding experience preferred Wisconsin Cosmetology License preferred but not required for all braiding services permitted under Wisconsin regulations Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation Portfolio of work preferred Social media presence is a plus What We Offer Paid training program Commission-based earning potential Ongoing education and mentorship Professional salon environment Marketing support Team-focused culture Growth opportunities Established salon brand and booking systems Opportunity to build a long-term career Application Process To apply, please submit: Resume (if available) Instagram or social media handle 5-10 photos of your work Brief description of your braiding experience Qualified applicants will be invited to complete a Divine Beauty Luxury Braider Application and participate in a paid working interview.
