Apply eyelash extensions and perform lash lifts to enhance clients' eyes with attention to detail and safety. Conduct skincare treatments like dermabrasion, dermal fillers consultation, Botox injections (Botulinum toxin treatment), and esthetic laser procedures to promote healthy skin. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or

while maintaining organized schedules. Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering product demos, upselling retail products, and ensuring a memorable guest experience. Maintain strict sanitation standards across all treatments and work areas to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Stay current with industry trends in color theory, makeup application, body waxing, hair threading, barbering techniques, and med spa services to provide innovative solutions. Assist at the front desk with check-ins, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries via social media management tools, and supporting overall salon operations. Skills Proven expertise in cosmetology practices including hair styling, coloring (including advanced techniques), barbering, and straight razor shaving. Skilled in nail care techniques such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail art, and maintenance of nail health. Experience with lash extension application, eyelash lifts, and related lash enhancement procedures. Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments like dermabrasion, dermal fillers consultation, Botox injections (Botulinum toxin treatment), esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing.
