Job Description
Our hair salon is cutting-edge, fun and highly artistic. Our client roster is growing at such a rapid pace that we just can't keep up with the demand. That's where you fit in - you are an experienced Hair Stylist who thrives on creating beautiful styles to compliment the clients' attributes, and loves interacting with others and providing exceptional service. If you are self-motivated, energetic, positive, goal-oriented and have a current cosmetology license, then we want to hear from you.
We are a long standing professional salon/spa in the Arcadia/Pasadena community who offers education, a steady paycheck, clients, and an opportunity for growth. We partner with stellar companies like Aveda, Davines, and Kerastase. We have a beautiful clean work environment that is just waiting for you to build your clientele!
We offers security, education, and growth? Must be a licensed cosmetologist with friendly customer service skills, dress fashionably, females must be into both hair and makeup. Our salon assistants have the unique opportunity to assist, be mentored, and to have a day (Tuesday) to build their own clientele, and business. Must be ready to work hard, have a great attitude, and have a passion to be a successful stylist! Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly Manage appointment schedules using salon software like DAY SMART or similar platforms to ensure smooth operations Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients at the front desk, answering questions, and upselling retail products like hair care or nail care items Support store management with retail sales, inventory management, and merchandising efforts Mentor new team members on salon protocols and product knowledge to foster a collaborative environment Support with color application processes by mixing and applying color according to salon standards and color theory principles
