MINDBODY

software is a HUGE plus! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee the front desk duties and act as primary customer service contact by performing the following: Assist and support Spa staff and management in daily activities Educating clients on membership and up-sell programs and encouraging purchase of client retention and revenue building programs. Answer telephone and make appointments for guests Provide high quality customer services to Spa guests Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the spa Establish and maintain good relationships with spa staff and guests PAY/Perks $16.90 -$18/hr depending on experience Sales bonuses, team bonuses, and commission on all retail product sales. FREE massage or facial monthly and discounts on products and services. A fun, upbeat work environment and cool coworkers! Supportive management team! Opportunities for growth within the company!
