The Spa Attendant serves as the welcoming guide to our guests' wellness journey. This is a key role that ensures each visit is smooth, meaningful, and memorable—from first contact to farewell. Greeting guests warmly and genuinely; creating a welcoming, calm first impression Answer phones, respond to inquiries, book appointments, and manage daily scheduling Support guest check-ins and check-outs, including payment processing Provide informed recommendations on retail products and spa services Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the reception area and retail displays Assist with light administrative tasks, inventory, and laundry coordination Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure flow and timing Help guests feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their visitEssential Functions:
To perform the duties and requirements for this job, you must have the following physical abilities: Sit and stand for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs Enter data into a computer terminal, operate standard office equipment, and use telephone See and read a computer screen and printed matter with or without vision aids Hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone Speak so that others may understand at normal levels and on the telephoneConstant:
sitting, standing and repetitive use of hands, arms, and legsFrequent:
typing, use of mouse, bending of neck, climbing stairsOccasional:
twisting of neck You must have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and reach; lift and carry equipment and supplies; walking daily up and down the stairs and sitting for periods up to 4 hours and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with or without reasonable accommodations.
